The Ernakulam Psychiatric Society celebrated Onam 2024 on Sunday, 29th September 2024, at the RECCAA Club, Kakkanad. The event, attended by members and their families totalling 88, began at 10:30 AM and was a vibrant celebration of tradition and unity.
The venue was adorned with a stunning Pookkulam, setting the festive mood. A beautiful Thiruvathira performance by members added a traditional charm to the event.
The celebration featured a variety of engaging games, including Vadamvali (Tug of War), Lemon and Spoon Race, Sundarikkaru pottuthodum & Musical Chairs which were enjoyed by all. A lively dance performance by male psychiatrists further energized the gathering.
The event concluded with a sumptuous Traditional Onasadya, offering a perfect end to a day filled with fun, culture, and camaraderie.
